SUMMARY:
An assembler is responsible for the assembly process as outlined in the job description and training matrix.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES:This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

- Point of Sale, (POS) Cabinets
- Storage Cabinets
- Dairy (Ice Cream) Centers
- Insulated Storage Chests, Insulated Bottle Wells, (Tobin Ellis), Build ONLY
- Assembly parts 12", 27 ½", 17"
- Liquor Display Units; 12, 18, 24 LS
- Lighted Merchandise
- End Panels
- Bending Leads
- Pour Castings

- Final Assemblies:
- Free Standing Units
- Cocktail Stations, (except Tobin Ellis)
- Configured Underbars with one or more connections

- Assist with Hand Taping and T-Sections of Trunk Lines
- Quick Sell Units
- SE 24 Cabinet
- 12 HSN Sinks

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum (1) year assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
Able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude and use of basic hand and power tools, a plus
Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and/or drawings, preferred
- Able to perform work quickly and efficiently while still adhering to all established quality standards
- Report any product issues, (missing/broken parts) to supervisor immediately to not delay production
- Maintain continuous improvement mindset and actively engage with supervisor(s), both for personal career growth and product development; make suggestions for improvements and efficiencies
- Complete trainings as defined by training matrix and instructed by supervisor
- Meet daily defined production goals
- Follow and maintain all safety procedures, including wearing required PPE
Maintain high attention to detail and a desire to consistently produce high quality products
Comfortable communicating with other employees, supervisors, and stakeholders using the English language in both written and verbal formats
- Able to adhere to scheduled workdays and hours
- Basic computer skills and understanding
