Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions, upselling specials and additional items to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
