Spanning approximately 1000 units in Charlotte NC, the role demands a leader skilled in harmonizing multiple operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of approximately 1000 units in Charlotte NC, units across supervising 4-5 Property Managers to ensure excellence in operations.
• Act as the main liaison between property owners, regional supervisors, and on-site management teams, ensuring transparent communication regarding property performance, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
• Implement effective property management strategies across all sites to achieve company objectives, emphasizing high occupancy rates and exceptional tenant satisfaction.
• Regularly visit properties to evaluate conditions, adherence to standards, and the efficacy of management practices, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
• Promote a culture of innovation, advocating for and applying new approaches to enhance efficiency, tenant engagement, and satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with leasing and marketing departments to meet occupancy targets, participating in the creation and execution of effective marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting for each property with an eye towards profitability and cost management, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities to property management teams, enhancing professional skills and supporting career growth.
• Guarantee all properties comply with local, state, and federal property management regulations, upholding the highest ethical standards.

Requirements:

• A proven track record in regional property management, with a strong ability to manage multiple properties and teams successfully.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, able to motivate and guide teams towards achieving operational goals and delivering superior tenant services.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at fostering positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including owners, tenants, and employees.
• Familiarity with Appfolio property management software, leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance decision-making processes.
• A commitment to continuous improvement, open to exploring and implementing innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
• Knowledge of and compliance with all relevant property management laws and regulations.
