As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead crews, manage job sites, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Position Overview

The Field Superintendent is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, supervising foremen and electricians, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining jobsite safety, quality, and productivity. This role is ideal for an electrical professional ready to step into—or continue in—a leadership position with real responsibility and authority in the field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple job sites or large single projects
• Supervise foremen, lead electricians, and field crews
• Coordinate daily work activities with Project Managers
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment needs
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, project specifications, and local codes
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Conduct jobsite meetings, safety talks, and quality inspections
• Monitor schedules and productivity to keep projects on track
• Resolve field issues, conflicts, and technical challenges
• Communicate professionally with clients, inspectors, and other trades
• Review plans, specs, and schedules to proactively identify issues
• Ensure accurate reporting of labor, progress, and job conditions
• Maintain jobsite organization, company vehicles, tools, and equipment

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical experience (commercial experience preferred)
• Leadership experience required (Foreman, Lead Electrician, or Superintendent)
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
• Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and job sites
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional overtime or emergency work as needed
