II. MISSION
The Investment Analyst is responsible for supporting the firm's portfolio managers in implementing and maintaining various investment strategies as directed by the firm's Investment Committee and the investment policy statements designed in collaboration with clients. The position also contributes to research and analysis of potential investment opportunities.
The Investment Analyst will work with an experienced team of investment professionals, financial planners, and client relationship associates to provide an exceptional level of service to the firm's diverse client base of executives, retirees, business owners and corporate clients.
III. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Rebalance client accounts based on predefined target models, in accordance with product guidelines and firm policies.
· Monitor and manage cash flows, asset allocations, and tax considerations (e.g., capital gains/losses) to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
· Review and process trade orders with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and best execution practices.
· Perform research and analysis on current and prospective investment options as directed by portfolio managers.
· Present research findings to Investment Committee and/or investment portfolio managers to assist in investment decision process.
· Monitor economic, market, and political dynamics relevant to investment strategies.
· Perform daily operational processes, such as trade reconciliations and maintenance of investment performance reporting and various other investment-related databases.
· Engage with other departments to support operational effectiveness, providing support in areas such as compliance and reporting.
· Create ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by investment portfolio managers.
· Active participation in the firm's Investment Committee.
· Partner closely with financial planners and client relationship associates in trade related matters and ad hoc client requests.
· Contribute investment-related content for the firm's newsletter.
IV. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Experience and Education:
· Actively pursuing CFA designation
· FINRA Series 65 or combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required
· Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, or related field
· 2-4 years of experience in wealth management, investment operations or trading
Skills and Knowledge:
· Strong operational knowledge of trading platforms, order management systems, and portfolio management software.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
· Competent in wealth management principles, investment concepts, modeling, strategies, and oversight.
· Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, YCharts, PitchBook, or similar systems.
· Demonstrates personal integrity, honesty, and ability to deal with confidential information
· Ability to deal with stress in an ever-changing investment market and financial services industry
· Excellent attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Ability to work independently and within a team environment on a variety of projects, receive instructions from a number of people.
· Understanding and intellectual curiosity of equity, fixed income, currency, commodity, and alternative markets
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to investment trading.

· Position is in Clearwater, FL office. Must be able to work in the office during scheduled work hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80, $100,000.00 per year
