Position: Business Development Director (Director / AVP / VP, depending on experience)
Location:
Remote, based in the greater Philadelphia region (local in-person meetings and events required)

Role Overview
As a Business Development Director, you will lead and drive new business in managed services and cybersecurity solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. You'll operate remotely while meeting prospects in person across the region, building C-suite relationships, crafting strategic deals, and owning the full sales cycle. You'll leverage
HubSpot
and a full database, plus company-covered networking and marketing costs, while still leading your own pipeline generation and revenue production.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue in your territory
- Prospecting and engaging new logos through calls, meetings, events, and referrals
- Leading high-level negotiations with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
- Building and managing a robust pipeline using
HubSpot
and a full contact database - Accurately forecasting short-term and long-term sales and reporting performance
- Collaborating directly with the Owner on market strategy, targeting, and key initiatives
- Using data and analytics to evaluate profits, risks, and opportunities for growth
- Representing Cyberglobal at local meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Required:
