Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview

The Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role in supporting efficient operations within the fulfillment department. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for in-store pickup and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and store materials in designated pharmacy locations.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
• Accurately pick products based on order slips or digital systems.
• Pack and label items securely, following quality and documentation standards.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with store and delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with shipping, handling, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards immediately.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in operational efficiency.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 1–2 years of experience in a fulfillment, inventory, or warehouse role (preferred).
• Experience using inventory tracking systems (a plus).

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, data entry).

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for long periods.
• Able to work in varying conditions, including temperature changes.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Works well independently and in a team setting.
• Schedule — Required Availability Thursday to Saturday from 5 PM to 9 PM, with additional availability on Sunday shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM.
