Senior Business Analyst

Overview

We are hiring a
Senior Business Analyst
who can lead end-to-end discovery and requirements while also taking ownership of
small to mid-size initiatives/workstreams
(planning, coordination, risks, and timelines). This is a
BA-first role
with additional
project management responsibilities based on specific project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process assessments, document current-state processes, and design future-state workflows.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
• Recommend best practices, process improvements, and solution approaches.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and conceptual designs to communicate solution ideas.
• Deliver product demos and prototype walkthroughs to validate requirements.
• Define data and integration needs, system flows, and information architecture.
• Manage small to mid-size projects, including scope, risks, and timelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Support change management, training plans, and user adoption activities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Business Analysis experience, including hands-on Project Management responsibilities.
• Experience working in consulting firms.
• Strong facilitation skills - able to lead sessions independently and engage stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP processes e.g. finance, supply chain, manufacturing, field services, and/or operations.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes and mockups (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, etc.).
• Ability to deliver high-quality demos that clearly articulate the solution vision.
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems, data flows, and integrations.

Nice to Have

Experience in Energy, Manufacturing, or Industrial Services.
