We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide compassionate care to our patients. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and collaborating with the physician to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive health assessments on patients

• Diagnose and treat chronic pain

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as medical imaging

• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

• Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

• Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor patient progress

• Administer injections and perform minor procedures, as needed

• Manage patient cases, including coordinating referrals and consultations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in ICD-10 coding

• Knowledge of medical imaging procedures and interpretation

• Familiarity with electronic health record system

• Ability to provide health coaching and education to patients
