Project Manager

Job Summary:

Fast growing residential painting and remodeling company in Cumming, GA is looking for an additional Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager works with contractors at a work site or Client location and will make sure that the appropriate staff, equipment and materials are on hand to complete work on time and according to BMCP quality standards. The Project Manager also interfaces with Clients to ensure proper communication, satisfaction, and problem resolution.

FULL TIME POSITION: Monday - Friday; and every 3rd Saturday (rotation; half day)

Duties and Requirements:

JOB DUTIES :

• Manage multiple crews & projects
• Communicate with Clients & crews daily
• Visit job sites (using company vehicles)
• Customer service & problem resolution
• Participate in weekly meetings
• Daily communication to office on the status of jobs
• Recruiting new crews
• Quality control & enforcement of company standards on all job sites
• Complete daily reports
• Write AWOs (additional work orders)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Be able to multi-task
• Be computer literate
• Be enthusiastic, polite and eager to learn
• Reside close to our office (Cumming, GA 30040 exit 14 off GA 400)
• Have a valid Driver's License
• Have reliable transportation (to and from work)
• Have a clean driving record
• Have good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Pass background check & drug test
