Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Obtain vehicle information to provide customers with accurate estimates
• Prepare repair orders
• Explain services and associated costs
• Follow-up with customers regarding their service visits
• Handle customer complaints in a polite and understanding way
• Update customers on the status of their vehicle repair
• Generate additional sales revenue through sales presentations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred
• CDK experience a PLUS and basic computer experience required
• Must understand automotive service and repair procedures
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Pre-employment drug screen
