What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
  • Understand the nature of the member's distress and ensure their immediate safety
  • Document details promptly and accurately while maintaining a compassionate demeanor
  • Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite dispatching
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations of Emergency Roadside Service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a high-volume call environment
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to multitask effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
  • Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting
