Commercial Litigation Senior Associate/Counsel

About the Position:

Our client, a thriving Chicago boutique litigation firm founded by a former large law firm partner, has an active need for an experienced commercial litigator to join as a senior associate or senior counsel (title will be based on level of experience). This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your practice in a supportive and dynamic law firm environment.

Responsibilities:

· Handle all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial

· Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court

· Counsel companies across a variety of industries in large, multi-jurisdictional dispute proceedings

Required Qualifications:

· 7+ years of complex commercial litigation experience

. Desire for a busy and sophisticated boutique litigation practice

. BigLaw experience preferred

· Excellent academic credentials

Location:

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $245,000+ (commensurate with experience and practice).
