Position Overview

Truth Traveler Branson is seeking an on-premise Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator to oversee all daily social media activity, content capture, posting, and audience engagement. This is an entry-level, creative position suited for someone who understands social platforms deeply, can create compelling short-form content, and can help expand our reach through smart posting, boosting, and targeted strategies. This role helps ensure that major moments at the attraction never go uncaptured or unshared, including events, special guests, seasonal moments, and behind-the-scenes activity.

The position reports directly to the General Manager and supports requests and direction from Ownership, Senior Leadership, and designated marketing partners on strategy, best practices, and data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture onsite content daily, including photos, videos, guest reactions, staff moments, behind-the-scenes activity, and special events.
  • Create and schedule weekly content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Coordinate all Facebook Lives for events such as ribbon cuttings, VIP visits, special weekends, seasonal celebrations, and group previews.
  • Partner with stakeholders to coordinate onsite storytelling, updates, and guest-facing messaging.
  • Execute posting strategies provided by contracted marketing agency and leadership representatives.
  • Understand and implement boosting, geofencing, audience targeting, look-alike audiences, and basic ad support inside Meta.
  • Monitor comments and messages and escalate concerns to the GM when needed.
  • Capture guest testimonials (with proper permission), staff features, and high-energy content suitable for Meta ads and organic reach.
  • Attend conferences, trainings, and special events when needed to capture content and represent the brand online.
  • Prepare weekly performance summaries or screenshots of key analytics for review by the leadership team.
  • Ensure that all major onsite activities have dedicated social coverage so there are no missed opportunities.
  • Maintain a content library that can be accessed by leadership, marketing, and operations.
  • Assist with additional needs or tasks as assigned by the General Manager during slower operational months, such as January or February such as administrative support, guest services assistance, operational projects, or sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and their posting tools.
  • Comfortable filming, photographing, interviewing guests, and capturing live footage.
  • Basic understanding of algorithms, engagement principles, and posting best practices.
  • Familiar with boosting posts, using Meta's advertising tools, simple geofencing, and creating target audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with onsite and remote teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with daily deadlines.
  • Availability on weekends, holidays, or special event days as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using social media content editing tools.
  • Comfort with iPhone content creation, gimbal setups, or basic microphones.
  • Interest in themed attractions, entertainment, guest experiences, or ministry-aligned environments.
  • Willingness to continually learn digital trends and adapt quickly.

Compensation

Entry-level salary based on experience. This role is designed for an early-career professional eager to grow in digital marketing and social content creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per year
