ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to take ownership of the high-potential Midwest territory in the Workers' Compensation market. You'll build and strengthen agency relationships, develop strategic growth plans, and directly impact the company's success. The role offers autonomy, collaboration with expert teams, and the chance to make a meaningful difference helping employers protect their workforce.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Agency Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with appointed agents and brokers to drive profitable business.
  • Identify and onboard high-performing agencies that align with company goals.
  • Conduct regular agency visits to review performance, discuss underwriting appetite, and promote company products and programs.
  • Provide training and guidance to agents on underwriting guidelines, pricing, risk selection, and claims management processes.

Sales & Territory Growth

  • Execute a territory sales strategy to achieve premium and retention targets based on Company goals.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through existing and potential agency partners.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (production, loss ratio, retention, hit ratio) to ensure profitable growth.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activity to adjust territory plans and maintain a competitive edge.
