Wage: Starting at $16/hour (DOE) with room for growth
Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (one week day & Sundays off)

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Prestige Cleaners, delivering exceptional service to our customers. From greeting customers to handling incoming and outgoing orders, your role is essential in maintaining a smooth, friendly, and efficient operation. We are looking for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is ready to contribute to the success of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner as the face of the company.
• Order Management: Accurately detail incoming orders and efficiently return completed orders.
• Cash Handling: Handle transactions, including operating the cash register and managing the flow of currency in and out.
• Order Processing: Help with invoicing, packaging, racking orders, and assembly of orders as needed.
• General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Assist in other areas of the business as necessary, always working efficiently and cheerfully.
• Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of forward-facing customer service experience preferred (retail or hospitality experience a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to handle cash and transactions with accuracy
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist in various tasks
• Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain a strong work ethic
