Welcome to Dossani Paradise. We are a Family oriented, well-established organization seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our rapidly growing Team and lead our hospitality operation with passion and precision.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all shifts while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to food safety and hospitality management.
  • Supervise and train staff members in food preparation, customer service, POS (Point of Sale) systems, hospitality standards and food handling procedures. Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates for various roles such as servers, cooks, bartenders, and supervisors; promote ongoing staff development through coaching and performance reviews.
  • Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring food production.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, reconcile daily sales, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer satisfaction, including resolving complaints promptly and enhancing overall guest experience.
  • Monitor restaurant performance metrics, prepare reports on sales, costs, and staffing to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure efficient food production and operations are aligned with quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector; prior experience in casual dining or quick service & fast food restaurants is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in food preparation techniques, cooking skills, and kitchen management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices along with budgeting skills to optimize operational costs.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally. .
  • Ability to oversee shift management effectively while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in food handling procedures and restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior knowledge and responsibility of Scheduling, Labor Control, Cost of Goods Sold, Inventory Management and Profit and Loss Statements required
  • Candidates need to have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and will be subject to a background check

Pay: $50, $52,000.00 per year
