As our customer base grows, including a large Portuguese-speaking community, we are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who can support customers in both English and Portuguese while also assisting with administrative and sales-related tasks.
Role Overview
This role combines customer service responsibilities with general support for our sales and service team. You will assist customers in both English and Portuguese, answer questions, provide policy information, and help ensure a smooth experience in person and over the phone. You will also assist with follow-ups, paperwork, and routine personal and commercial service requests.
No insurance experience is required. We will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk Support
- Welcome customers to the office with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle incoming calls and emails in both English and Portuguese.
- Assist customers with questions about policies, billing, coverage, and documentation.
- Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
- Build strong relationships through empathetic and proactive communication.
- Resolve customer concerns and follow through to ensure issues are fully addressed.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and process
