Construction Superintendent

Knight Commercial is seeking an extremely experienced and highly qualified commercial construction superintendent with at least 4 years of commercial construction experience. The qualified candidate will have direct experience managing commercial construction projects with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, schedules, and materials
• Review, interpret, and work from construction plans and drawings
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and on-site teams
• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination and installation

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of documented experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Strong background in ground-up industrial and commercial construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Solid understanding of MEP systems
• Willingness to travel up to 90% nationwide
• Retail construction experience preferred
• College degree a plus, but not required

Pay: $70, $90,000.00 per year
