Mobile Installer and Delivery Driver

(On-Site Automotive & Equipment Battery Replacement)

Battery Outfitters is looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined Mobile Battery Installer to join our team. In this role, you'll travel to customer locations to diagnose battery issues, replace batteries on-site, and provide an exceptional service experience. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and helping people get back up and running quickly, this job is for you.

We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy helping others. Retail experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right individual.

Travel to residential, commercial, and roadside locations to perform battery tests and installations

Diagnose battery and starting/charging system issues

Safely remove and install automotive, equipment, marine, or specialty batteries

Document services performed using a mobile app/tablet

Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and accurate inventory

Provide friendly, professional customer service at every job

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Represent the company with professionalism and reliability

Mechanical aptitude or experience with automotive/equipment repair preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 lbs

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions

Solid communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently
