Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest questions and reservation requests promptly
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain guest relations by resolving issues swiftly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay
- Assist with night audit responsibilities, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and uphold service standards
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends
Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality excellence
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency enhances communication with international guests and broadens service capabilities
- Previous experience in night audit or guest services roles is a plus but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided
- Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism are essential
