Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions
  • Maintain accurate reservation records, modify bookings as needed, and assist with room assignments
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
  • Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple lines to deliver clear communication at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently when scheduled
  • Experience in resort or hotel environments is a plus but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
