Certified & Experienced Caregivers | Weekend Availability Strongly Preferred

Earn an extra $1.50/hour for every Saturday & Sunday shift

Visiting Angels is seeking dependable, compassionate CNAs/NACs and HCAs who are passionate about providing high-quality in-home care. Weekend availability is a strong priority, especially for caregivers experienced in dementia or ALS care.

• Weekend shifts – strongly preferred and in high demand

• Approximately 7:00/8:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 AM

• Weekday and weekend openings available

As a CNA/NAC or HCA, you will provide essential in-home care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent, including:

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

• Safe transfers and mobility support, including Hoyer lift operation

• Dementia and/or ALS care support

• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition

• Taking and documenting vital signs

• Meal preparation, feeding, and hydration

• Light housekeeping and safety checks

• Companionship and emotional support

• Following individualized care plans and completing required documentation

  Minimum Requirements

• Current CNA/NAC or HCA certification – REQUIRED

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience – REQUIRED

• Weekend availability – STRONGLY PREFERRED

• Required or Highly Preferred Experience in One or More of the Following:

• Dementia care

• ALS care

• Hoyer lift transfers

• Home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assist safely with transfers and mobility

• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
