Seeking a Product Manager with 4+ years of end-to-end healthcare product lifecycle experience, from discovery and strategy through delivery and launch, focused on provider data, EDI enrollment, and payer enrollment solutions. Must ensure compliance with HIPAA, CAQH, and X12 standards while driving adoption in an Agile iterative environment.
Must Haves / Mandatory
- 4+ years of healthcare
product management
with end-to-end ownership. - Working knowledge of HIPAA, CAQH, X12; payer enrollment workflows; healthcare data exchange.
- Hands-on with EDI transactions.
- Proven strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and business case development.
Nice to Have / Preferred
- IT startup / early-stage / high-growth; curious, adaptive self starter; cross functional (Ops /Product / Engineering); distills complex info for diverse audiences; process-driven continuous improvement.
- Repository management (GitHub or GitLab / Bitbucket / Azure DevOps): multi repo org, governance, work to release traceability, CI/CD.
- Cross-functional collaboration (Ops, Product, Engineering, GTM).
- Ability to present complex info to diverse audiences; process orientation.
Qualifications
- 4 + years in Healthcare product management with full lifecycle ownership; agile sprints and small team collaboration.
- Expertise in HIPAA / CAQH / X12, payer enrollment workflows, and EDI.
- Ability to translate company strategy into product goals, build roadmaps, and prioritize for impact.
- Skilled at business case creation, stakeholder alignment, and adoption across internal decision makers.
- Strong at simplifying complex healthcare data exchange topics for varied audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across provider data, EDI & payer enrollment.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery; identify opportunities and validate solutions.
- Build business cases; align strategy to GTM readiness and product market fit; partner with leadership and customer facing teams.
- Prioritize features and iterate quickly on outcomes and adoption.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA / CAQH; provide SME guidance on healthcare EDI transactions and enrollment workflows.

With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
