As a Human Resources Representative, you'll manage employee records, coordinate benefits, and ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations. From onboarding new hires to organizing training events, your work will help create a smooth, supportive, and engaging workplace for everyone.
Starting Pay:
$22–$24/hr based on experience
Benefits (after 90 days):

- Paid time off starting at approximately 10 days/year, increasing with tenure
- 11 paid holidays annually
- Hybrid work schedule: in-office Monday & Tuesday (8 AM–5 PM), remote Wednesday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM)
Overview
The Human Resources Representative is responsible for managing the Human Resources Department, maintaining employee records, coordinating benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Essential Duties
- Maintain and update employee personnel records
- Review and verify payroll hours
- Administer new hire and termination packets
- Facilitate new employee orientation
- Manage attendance records and PTO accruals
- Prepare performance evaluations and maintain coaching documentation
- Assist with employee complaints and concerns
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and state safety regulations
- Coordinate 401(k) and healthcare benefits
- Handle insurance claims and broker communications
- Plan and coordinate company meetings and training events
- Additional Duties
- Generate HR reports (new hires, terminations, EEO-1, rosters, labor reports)
- Draft HR-related correspondence for EVP/CFO
- Support special projects and executive requests
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 1–3 years of HR experience or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
