Transportation Coordinator

We have a new job opportunity available for a Transportation Coordinator to manage weekend operations at our main terminal. Responsibilities include:

• Support the day-to-day tasks of our company drivers to ensure safety and productivity
• Be a role model for positive attitude and work ethic
• Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations
• Advocate for safety initiatives and promote a safety-first workplace
• Drive preventative maintenance on fleet and keep all vehicles in good working order
• Maintain freight records, employee records, mileage records, maintenance records, etc.
• Foster our culture of employee appreciation

Requirements include:

• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional relationship building skills
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Experience working in transportation, distribution, fleet management, warehousing and/or logistics
• Willing and able to work Friday - Sunday with 4 days off every week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $55,000.00 per year
