Role Purpose and Value
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining various industrial automation equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
- Perform electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems with machinery
- Troubleshoot and maintain industrial automation equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime
- Utilize hydraulics experience to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems
- Utilize PLC programming experience to make necessary adjustments and modifications.
- Work in a manufacturing environment, collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals
To be set up for success, the ideal candidate needs to come with a strong background in:
- PLC troubleshooting and programming
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in creating preventive maintenance plans
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc)
- Servo Motors
- Industrial Robot (Fanuc, Yaskawa Motoman)
