Server/Waiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their meals in a welcoming and attentive environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and introducing daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring satisfaction with each order.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to proper food handling procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for transactions.
• Uphold fine dining standards by providing attentive service and maintaining an upscale atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or the culinary field is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation practices is essential.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for patrons.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A passion for the food industry with an eagerness to learn about fine dining practices is highly desirable.
