Heavy Equipment Operator

Cliffshore specializes in industrial, commercial, residential and municipal projects, offering a wide variety of services including excavation, paving, top soil, demolition and snow ploughing. They also have experience with basement projects, foundations, site services, trucking, aggregate, sewer upgrades, ponds, sign maintenance and even commercial and roadside grass cutting.

We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team for Dirt work and snow ploughing. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of farm machinery and heavy equipment ( 750 JD Dozer, 225 JD Excavator, Skid Steers, Roller etc.)

Duties include but aren't limited to:

-Operate a variety of heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner for dirt work and snow ploughing
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Work closely with other team members to ensure project completion
- Operate equipment in a manner that is environmentally responsible

Experience:

-Common sense is a MUST*
- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Experience with general Excavation and winter snow removal
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for heavy equipment operation
