Très LA Group is opening an exciting new restaurant at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, CA, and we're looking for an experienced
General Manager
to help bring it to life. If you've successfully opened restaurants before and know what it takes to build a strong team, set up systems, and create a culture of hospitality from day one, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the opening process, including hiring, training, and setting up front-of-house and back-of-house systems
- Partner with chefs and leadership to develop service standards and workflows
- Build a positive, professional team culture that reflects the Très LA standard of hospitality
- Manage day-to-day operations once open (restaurant, bar, and café service)
- Ensure food and service quality meet expectations — from presentation to guest experience
- Handle ordering, receiving, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Maintain facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Schedule and staff shifts to provide strong coverage and support team balance
- Jump in as needed to coach staff, support service, and resolve guest concerns
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience opening and running restaurants (café or bar experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple moving parts during launch
- A natural leader who can motivate, coach, and inspire a new team
- Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling platforms, and ordering systems
- Understanding of health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Calm under pressure and quick to find solutions
Requirements
- Active Manager's Food Handlers Card
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs
Nice to Have
- Hospitality degree or formal training (not required)
- Experience managing multiple outlets or service styles (restaurant, bar, café)
What We Offer
- Salary range: $100,000 – $105,000 DOE
