Responsibilities

· Design, execute, and maintain integration test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP SuccessFactors interfaces

· Perform end-to-end testing of inbound and outbound integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and downstream/third-party systems

· Validate data accuracy, transformation logic, error handling, and reconciliation across systems

· Test integrations with SAP ECC Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, banking systems, and third-party benefits providers

· Collaborate with functional consultants, integration developers, and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements

· Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with technical teams to support resolution and retesting

· Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing cycles

· Ensure integrations comply with business requirements, security standards, and data privacy regulations

· Contribute to test status reporting, risk identification, and continuous improvement of testing processes

Required Qualifications

· Proven experience testing SAP SuccessFactors interfaces to downstream and third-party systems is required, including integrations with SAP ECC Payroll, Time, Benefits, banks, and third-party benefits providers

· A valid SAP SuccessFactors certification is mandatory

· Strong understanding of Payrolland payroll business processes

· Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, flat files, and SFTP

· Experience validating complex data mappings and transformations

· Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft)

· Knowledge of data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV

· Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

· Familiarity with payroll parallel testing and reconciliation processes
