Airbnb Turnover Assistant

Canadian BNB Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as an Airbnb Turnover Assistant. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that our short-term rental properties are turned-over quickly and efficiently between guest stays. You will work closely with our team to maintain a high level of cleanliness and create an exceptional experience for our guests.

No deep cleaning required. You will only be responsible for light cleaning during the turnovers.

All supplies and equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the turnover of short-term rental properties between guest stays
• Perform light cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and wiping surfaces
• Wash and change bed linens and towels between guest stays
• Restock amenities and supplies, such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and cleaning products
• Notify the team of any maintenance issues, damages or missing items in the property
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
• Take videos of properties after turnovers

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and improve
• A positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks, such as bending and reaching
• Available between the hours of 10am and 4pm for at-least 2 days a week

Please note: this is a contract position with an end date of May 1st. There is the possibility for extension beyond May 1.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
