THE POSITION:

The Team Leader's main responsibilities are the direction of the crew during the operation, meeting with clients, ensuring successful and productive shifts are performed, preparing reports, and control of inventory and equipment.

Responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Direct crew assignments at the job site
  • Inspect quality of equipment serviced for cleanliness and serviceability
  • Record number of pieces cleaned; number repaired; number needing further repair
  • Send daily updates to the Operations Management Team
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Management Team
  • Very hands-on with equipment and deep cleaning of equipment

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not required
  • Must be comfortable with using a computer and familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Must pass random drug tests
  • Must be reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Good customer service, organization, leadership, and communication skills

  • Salary: $24.00 with bonus potential. (Target earnings goal over $70k)
