Your Next Career Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Executive to grow our client base and revenue within the security, surveillance, and audio-visual (AV) industries. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales and experience selling SaaS-based gear, platforms, or software-enhanced AV/security solutions. This role involves developing opportunities through lead generation, inbound inquiries, and industry partnerships, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships across commercial, enterprise, and channel clients. SaaS sales or experience with cloud-connected gear/software in the security or AV space is a strong plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent and sell technology-forward gear and SaaS solutions used in surveillance, security systems, access control, AV integration, and remote monitoring.
  • Manage inbound leads, respond to client inquiries, and consistently conduct daily outbound prospecting calls.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of company products, with a focus on SaaS-enhanced devices, cloud-integrated platforms, and AV/security gear.
  • Communicate professionally across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, in-person) to nurture client relationships.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds daily high call volume/metrics.
  • Use CRM (HubSpot, or similar) to accurately document client interactions, track sales stages, and manage pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on quotes, schedule demos, and support the full sales cycle.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to increase visibility and generate leads.
  • Continuously grow industry knowledge in SaaS applications in physical security, AV control systems, cloud-based video storage, and remote device management.
  • Uphold company policies and values while delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Identify market trends and customer feedback to inform future sales strategies and product alignment.

Qualifications:

2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in security systems, AV integration, or technology gear distribution.Experience or familiarity with selling SaaS platforms, cloud-based tools, or software-enabled gear is strongly preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Prior experience selling into low-voltage integrators, security dealers, IT consultants, or AV resellers is a plus.Proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot.Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern collaboration tools.Ability to travel to industry trade shows or client locations as needed.Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a drive to exceed revenue goals.
