Server/Waiter

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and assist guests with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for order processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• A keen attention to detail in order accuracy and presentation of food and beverages.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour
