A luxury apartment community is seeking an energetic and highly driven Leasing Professional for a resort-style apartment community. The ideal candidate should possess leasing experience, demonstrate self-motivation, be a team player, be success-oriented, and excel in maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service. This is essential to ensure that all residents and prospective residents have an exceptional experience.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists Community Director and Assistant Manager in coordinating all aspects of the leasing and marketing of the community
• Greet future residents and provide tours of their new apartment home.
• Apply product and area knowledge to future residents needs and communicate the features and benefits of the community to ensure they have all of the information needed to lease immediately.
• Effectively follow-up with prospects and residents daily to ensure we provide the upmost best customer service.
• Process new rental applications, collect all required documents and deliver to manager for approval in timely fashion.
• Assist in creating and implementing resident events to create the sense of community. Promote and be active on all social media platforms.
• Contribute to implementing effective marketing strategies to create awareness of the community and that will contribute to meeting property occupancy goals.
• Responsible for the leasing of apartments and deliver an impeccable closing ratio.
• Display proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing phone calls made to residents and/or future residents.
• Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community and market.
• Plan and execute weekly leasing promotions to increase community exposure and increase traffic.
• Walk all show units and tour path to confirm they are tour ready.
• Complete task assigned by Community Director.
• Working knowledge of Yardi/CRM and related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
