Über
· Enhance and maintain the company culture by working and demonstrating the company's core values
· Handle incoming calls and other communications
· Maintain confidentiality of our clients and care providers in compliance with HIPAA
· Open, close, and organize the office and the fingerprint room
· Provide administrative support and help maintain an efficient office environment
· Greet and assist clients and care providers in person and/or over the phone
· Monitor office equipment and supplies and place monthly orders as needed
· Direct incoming mail and process outgoing mail in a timely manner
· Maintain company cars in working order by ensuring cars are washed, fueled, and maintenance is scheduled
· Attend quarterly staff meetings
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Service
· Update client and care provider records in our database, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
· Conduct check-in calls to active families to ensure they receive support to utilize their services
· Schedule all 90-day and annual Care Provider evaluations for Placement Managers
· Support Care Providers before and after CPR/First Aid courses to ensure all Livescan and pending documents are completed in person at the time of their visit
· Support Placement Managers by retrieving updates from families for provider evaluations
· Complete Client Care Descriptions to support the Placement team with potential matches
· Conduct check-in calls with Agency Respite families that are waiting for services
· Update the Placement Manager of any issues/concerns the Agency Respite family or Agency Care Provider reports
· Assist and support with Agency Care Provider appreciation events
· Follow up with Agency Respite families to update the client's status/respite needs as needed
Fingerprint
· Schedule fingerprint appointments and complete Livescan fingerprinting
· Review completed Livescan forms for accuracy
- Manage the Fingerprint Log to ensure full compliance by accurately tracking all Live Scan transactions and confirming all required fields are correctly completed by fingerprint rollers.
