About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values ethical, high-quality work. You'll start as a department of one and grow into leading a team of professionals.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the GM to launch and grow the electrical division
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and service quality
• Lead and mentor residential electricians as the line of business grows
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards
• Oversee inventory, tools, fleet, and warehouse operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Champion company values and foster a positive team culture

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Master Electrician (or willingness to earn it—we'll pay for it if you are ready to sit for the exam )
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR
• 3+ years of management experience in electrical or construction (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
