General Summary
The Grant Billing & Data Coordinator oversees all grant billings (city, county, state, and federal) and provides invoices and supporting documents on a timely basis. The position works in connection with the Grant & Contract Director to ensure information is accurate, timely, and recorded. The Grant Billing & Data Coordinator assists with tracking of program outcomes related to the multiple grant sources that fund DVS programming to assure compliance with grant activity and reporting requirements. This position also aids in a multitude of accounting activities related to Grant Billing and Accounts Payable.
Essential Duties
Maintain organized & accurate records of all grant documentation, invoices and correspondence.
Prepare and submit timely grant invoices to funders.
Track grant expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Process and code accounts payable invoices according to grant requirements.
Collect, analyze, and interpret statistics for compliancy with contracts
Assist with audits and reporting requirements for grants and funding sources.
• Collaborate with program staff to support accurate time allocation and expense tracking.Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED certificate or equivalency.
2 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping or similar position
Strong skills in Excel (formulas) and experience with other computer applications including Word & Outlook.
Proven ability to manage a high level of detail and to meet multiple co-occurring deadlines.
Proven ability to work collectively with internal teams and community partners
Excellent attendance.

Ability to work a typical schedule in the office, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, but periodically work a varied schedule with some evening and weekends as required.
Understanding of domestic violence issues and victim's needs.
Excellent networking skills and ability to present a professional appearance when representing the agency.
Demonstrate skills in written and verbal communication.
Experience in organization, prioritize and problem solving with ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and agency information.
Ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently.
Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, working knowledge of internet, email, and ability to learn new programs.
Vehicle with current driver's license, registration and insurance required.
No disqualifying criminal history or sex offender convictions (WSP WATCH & DOJ Sex Offender Registry)
Position Specifics
This is a full-time hourly position reporting to the Grants and Contracts Director. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday. DVS provides a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes health insurance, dental, long-term disability, and generous paid vacation and sick leave. Hybrid options available at an agreed upon timeframe.
Salary
Salary Range: $45,000 - $52,167 based on background and experience.
