Role Overview

We are seeking an Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with healthcare experience who is friendly, patient, and highly organized. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and conducting outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
• Provide information on services and answer patient inquiries.
• Conduct outreach to current and prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
• Support administrative tasks such as intake, documentation, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare experience (front desk, medical office assistant, care coordination, or similar).
• Strong communication and customer service skills; must be warm, patient, and empathetic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort with technology (EHR systems, scheduling platforms, telehealth tools, etc.).
• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for evenings or weekends as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with outreach or community engagement.
• Familiarity with mental health or wellness services.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus.
