Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest management techniques, have experience with various pest control tools, pest control products, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This position requires driving to job sites and performing hands-on work in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Apply pest control treatments using various baits and liquid residuals, dusts as needed.
• Educate clients on pest prevention methods and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up visits.
• Drive to various job sites efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, new products, and safety protocols related to pest control.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pest control is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• A willingness to learn about pest management techniques and stay current with industry trends.
