Begin your driving career with a regional position tailored specifically for recent CDL-A graduates. Based near McAllen, this role offers stable routes, reliable weekly pay, and a supportive environment designed to help new drivers build real experience. You'll run modern equipment, log steady miles, and develop the confidence needed for long-term success on the road.

Position Overview

• Pay: $1,200–$1,400 per week with consistent earnings
• Home Time: Weekly or every other week, depending on route availability and experience
• Miles: Averages 2,300–2,600 miles weekly
• Freight: 100% no-touch with frequent drop-and-hook
• Schedules: Both daytime and overnight shifts available
• Equipment: Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadias equipped with advanced safety systems and driver comfort features

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on designated regional routes
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate, compliant ELD records
• Work closely with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries
• Uphold high safety and professionalism standards at all times

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT medical certification
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and hair-follicle drug screening
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• No failed or refused DOT drug tests (SAP not accepted)
