Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000/annually

Who We Are

Pelsue is an industry leader in manufacturing worker safety products and vehicles for the telephone, utility, and satellite communications industries. We recently moved to a new facility in Aurora, CO. Multiple production areas in the factory include a metal fabrication shop, trailer and van manufacturing flow lines, specialty vehicle build stations, safety product lines, and an in-house tent shop.

Who You Are

This role is key to the ongoing growth & success of more than 60 years of Pelsue innovation. You will have responsibility for maintaining & building on current key & strategic customer & channel partner relationships. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving revenue growth with existing and new customers. Strategic accounts are in the telecom, satellite communications, business enterprise & first responder industries. You like a challenge and are motivated to close deals and build a sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with key enterprise accounts
  • Subject Matter Expert:
    Develop expert level knowledge on Pelsue products, to deliver tailored solutions to clients
  • Customer & Channel Partner Collaboration:
    Develop partnerships with enterprise level clients, and work in collaboration with them to deliver solutions to other end users
  • Market Insights:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and client feedback to provide insight and recommendations to internal teams.
  • Growth:
    Yes, we want it for you and the company. This role is both a hunter and a farmer. You will work with existing customers and close new business.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    Ensure regular use of CRM by your and your team to stay organized and position your team and the company for success.
  • Coach/Mentor/Build a Team:
    You will lead a small sales team, driving growth in our communications solutions & services, globally as well as sales in our specialty vehicles and trailers product lines.
  • Sales Planning and Management:
    Develop sales plans and strategies for the team. Hold regular one-on-ones with your team members and general sales meetings to foster collaboration and help facilitate wins. Accountability across the team is key.

  • Proficient with using the Microsoft suite of products.

Leadership Responsibilities

You will oversee the current connectivity solutions team (2) and build on it.

Work Environment

This position operates in both office and remote environments, requiring regular interaction with stakeholders and customers around the country.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to travel and assist with setting up tradeshow booths.
  • Regular standing, walking, and communication with team members.
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, in-person position that will require occasional travel and extended hours as needed.

Travel

Travel will be required, with visits to customer locations, industry events & tradeshows.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Communications or related field (Preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, wireless, related or technical industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and customer interaction in a B2B, municipal and/or government sales environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
