We're seeking a dynamic General Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department, develop high-performing teams, and ensure every guest receives unparalleled service.

• Lead, motivate, and coach Sales Managers, Sales Associates, and support teams.
• Achieve sales and gross profit goals through clear action plans and strong process management.
• Oversee new and used inventory, cost-to-market, and floor traffic metrics.
• Conduct weekly KPI meetings and daily Save-a-Deal sessions.
• Recruit, hire, and retain at least 18 Sales Associates.
• Ensure all team members stay current on Toyota and Principle Auto training.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Approve incentives, appraisals, promotions, and manage over-age inventory.
• Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to all associates.
• Partner with the General Manager to drive training, strategy, and department success.
