Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Sales Manager include:
  • The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales department and driving revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agents to drive business.
  • Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue objectives.
  • Event Planning Coordination: Work with the events team to secure and manage group bookings, conferences, and special events.
  • Promotional Activities: Develop and oversee promotional campaigns, advertising, and marketing initiatives to attract guests.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to hotel management.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services and build brand awareness.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, such as operations and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
