As an HR Generalist, you are responsible for supporting the HR department by partnering with leaders and employees across the organization to deliver effective HR solutions. This role plays a key part in employee relations, HR systems administration, training support, and HR initiatives that align with TEN's business objectives.

• $65,000-$75,000, based on experience

Specific responsibilities include:
• Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in ADP workforce now (HRIS) and ensure data integrity
• Support and administer employee training programs using Litmos, including reporting and tracking completion
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee changes
• Assist with employee relations matters and support workplace investigations as required
• Support HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to support business decision-making
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
• Hands-on experience using ADP as an HRIS; experience with Litmos or a similar LMS is required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• A team player who takes initiative and demonstrates a continuous learning mindset
