Who we are:

Valley Feeds is part of the GVF Group of Companies, a Canadian, family-owned company dedicated to helping farmers produce meat, milk, and eggs profitably and sustainably. Across our companies, we support livestock producers with high-quality feed, innovative nutrition programs, and expert on-farm guidance.

Valley Feeds has proudly served Cambridge and surrounding communities since 1970. What began as a small retail store supporting local farmers has grown into a trusted destination for high-quality feed for wild birds, pets, farm animals, and horses, as well as lawn, garden, and pond care supplies. Our team is known for excellent service, expert advice, and products customers rely on.

Ours is a family business that cares about its employees and its community. We make sure that all our staff get what the best-in-class team members deserve: benefits, good wages, and respect. Whether through our charitable work, or our dedication to staff, GVF is committed to living out our principles and values.

  • Oversee dealer relations for the Hoffman's Horse Feed distributorship, including order preparation and issue resolution.
  • Assist with inventory movement between the store and the Savage Drive warehouse.
  • Work toward agreed-upon equine sales and performance targets.

Inventory & Store Presentation

  • Monitor inventory levels and identify products that require restocking.
  • Restock shelves, ensuring products are well organized, faced, and rotated using FIFO practices.
