Description We are looking for an Event Specialist to lead the event strategy targeting our high-end clientele (executives, top management). You will be responsible for the design, organization, and flawless execution of high-value events that reflect the premium image of our brand. Your role will be both strategic and operational, working closely with the Marketing, Sales, and C-Level teams.
What that means day-to-day:
• Plan, organize, and coordinate industry events, trade shows, conferences, conventions, seminars, and exhibitions for business audiences.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor arrangements, catering, AV, and entertainment.
• Lead and direct on-site event setup, operations, and post-event breakdown.
• Build and manage event budgets, monitoring spend and financial performance.
• Oversee guest registration, ticketing, invitation distribution, and attendee satisfaction.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, legal, and health/safety requirements at all times.
• Develop event marketing collateral and creative branding in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
• Project management for multiple simultaneous B2B events, including logistics, budgeting, contracts, and team leadership.
• Vendor sourcing and relationship management to secure quality services at competitive costs.
• Coordination between internal teams (sales, marketing, executive leadership) and external stakeholders (exhibitors, sponsors, suppliers).
• Guest and attendee management including communications, ticketing, and on-site support.
• Performance tracking and reporting to improve future events and demonstrate success.
What you'll need to be successful:
• 6+ years of experience in organizing B2B events, working with executive / C-level audiences
• Excellent project management skills, multi-stakeholder coordination, and vendor negotiation
• Strong attention to detail and appreciation for high-end standards
• High autonomy and rigor, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Bilingual
• Experience in a tech company, SaaS, or consulting firm
