This role provides critical administrative, coordination, and document control support to the Construction Management Team (CMT) to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Radiation Protection Group, Site Services Group, and contractors under and outside CMT supervision.
  • Assist the Construction Manager with tasks to support safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Review contractor and project documentation to become thoroughly familiar with project work requirements.
  • Work closely with technical staff to provide accurate and timely technical solutions.
  • Participate in cross-training with the Document Control department.
  • Manage construction documentation, including receipt, distribution, tracking, and filing of:
    • Requests for Information (RFIs)
    • Change Instructions
    • Turnover documentation
    • Red-line / as-built drawings
  • Maintain the construction file structure on the company network and ensure proper use of folders.
  • Support logging and filing of Field Coordinators' daily logs and photographs.
  • Assist with timesheet tracking and entry.
  • Review and enter field punch list items into the Master Deficiency Log and track their resolution.
  • Maintain project tracking logs, including the Change Instruction Log, RFI Log, and Master Deficiency Log.
  • Verify work packages are complete and ready for turnover after construction completion.

Shift Details: 14 days-in/14 days-out rotation schedule, 11-hour workday (06:00 to 18:00 daily with 1-hour unpaid lunch).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a similar field
  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to construction, engineering, or industrial project teams
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume document control, including RFIs, Change Instructions, deficiency logs, and turnover documentation
  • Experience maintaining and enforcing structured electronic filing systems within a corporate network
  • Experience supporting timesheet tracking, daily logs, and field documentation.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including contractors, safety, logistics, and technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to track, log, and reconcile project documentation.
  • Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
