the team at Barrie Volkswagen.

Pay Rate: $60,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line
  customer service and sales for the Service Department
• Greeting customers on
  the phone or in the Dealership
• Providing repair
  recommendations
• Explaining the nature
  of repairs
• Advising customers how
  to look after their vehicles
• Scheduling appointments
• Selling labour
• Providing an
  extraordinary experience for all customers

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in a Dealership environment Required
• CDK experience
  preferred
• An aptitude for
  customer relations/service
• Strong communication
  skills
• Ability to sell
  required maintenance
• Ability to work as a
  part of a TEAM
• Ability to work in a
  fast-paced environment
